When I right click on the document it brings up Quick Time. So I went into it's settings and enabled the .tif file application. I thought I had it. Still doesn't work. It has to be some conflict with the settings in the computer, but I haven't figured it out yet. If I find anything that works I will pass it along. Peggy

I got it to print with Quick Time, but I had to put the magnafication to half and then I only got part of the page. We'll get this battle won yet!
