(West Point News) Tuesday, January 28, 1908 Mrs. Letitia Thomas Hayden, widow of Col. J. B. Hayden of Hardin Co., died near Cecilian this morning from senility. Was 92 years old and was bedridden from the infirmities of old age. Was the daughter of Hardin Thomas. Survived by nine children: William and Alfred of Memphis, Tn., John and Andy of Mo., Mrs. Sue English and Miss Mariah of Mo., Charles Hayden of Hardin Co. Friday, January 31, 1908 Wm. Hayden of Memphis and Samuel Loeb of Mo., attended the funeral of their mother, Mrs. Letitia Hayden at Rhudes Creek yesterday. Friday, February 11, 1908 Mrs. Lucinda Logue of Harrisville, Mo. attended the funeral of her mother, Mrs. J. B. Hayden. Tuesday, April 28, 1908 Mrs. Emory Spears and Mrs. Burrell Fisher of Evansville visited their mother, Mrs. J. T. Hayden of West Point. Friday, August 14, 1908 Zach Thomas died at his home in Fayettsville, Ark. at the age of 57 years. Born and raised near St. John, Hardin Co. Left the county about 20 years ago. Member of Catholic Church. Survived by a bro- ther, W. H. Thomas and a sister, Mrs. Brown Hayden, both of Hardin Co. Also leaves a wife and 2 children. Burial at his home in Ark. Tuesday, August 18, 1908 Mrs. Hattie Hayden was given custody of her child over her divorced husband, Lambert Hayden. Tuesday, October 27, 1908 Harry Cecil of New Castle, Pa. visited Mrs. Hattie Hayden of E'town.
