I am having lots of problems with Quick Time in playing back music on web pages including mine and with some downloads. For some reason, I can sometimes download these documents from the clerk's office, but it is too small to read and I can not make it larger to read it. I suspect that Quick Time is the culprit and may be connected to my security settings on my computer. What Peggy says works great, but make sure that Quick Time is not your default. You want Windows Picture and Fax Viewer to be the one to work for you. Quick Time has it's uses but it can be a problem sometimes. If you what Peggy and Dave tell you, you stand a good chance of success. And it don't go to Quick Time.
