You evidently have Quicktime listed as your default viewer. Try right clicking on the "Document Number ?" link and saving it to My Pictures and then right clicking on it to "open with" whatever program you have that will view tif/tiff files. Windows Picture and Fax Viewer really is the best to view the documents and save them.
