Patti Joseph B Hutcherson (obit) Rev Joseph B Hutcherson, a Baptist minister in Hardin and Laue counties for 72 years, died Sunday at 11:10 a. m. (July 1957) at the home of his daughter , Mrs. Richard Pawley, near Rineyville. He was 89. A native of Buffalo, Rev Hutcherson resided at Rineyville. His THIRD wife, Mrs Josie Hutcherson, died April 25 (1957). He is from a family of 15, ten of them are living. Survivors include six daughters, Mrs. Ben Rausmussen, Lady Smith Wis.; Mrs W D Kerrick, Nashville; Mrs Hazel Jones, Elizabethtown, Rt 4; Mrs H L Clark, Norfolk, VA; two sons, Joseph Hutcherson, Radcliff, and Ellis Hutcherson, Elizabethtown Rt 4 (four sons deceased); 23 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and two great great grandchldern. Two sisters, Mrs Lillie Shoffner and Mrs. Berry Russell, both of MO.; eight brothers, A H, D A, J I, and J A all of Buffalo; S a and J N, Topeka, Kan: I J and J C, MO. Services will be conducted Tuesday after noon at 2 :30 C D T at Mt Zion Baptist Church by Rev J E Darter, with interment in the church cemetery. All ministers are invited at attend as honorary pallbearers. Remains are at Dixon-Atwood's.
