(West Point News) Tuesday, October 12, 1909 Mrs. James Younger died near Cloverport on Oct. 8th. She had been ill since the birth of her daughter, Rebecca, last Saturday. Was formerly Miss Brashear and married 5 years ago. Survived by husband and two daughters, the other being a 3-year old daughter, Eudora. Mr. & Mrs. C. M. McGlothlan, her closest relatives, came from West Point, during her illness. Her brother, Owen Brashear, of Shreveport, La., arrived on the 8th. Friday, October 15, 1909 Mr & Mrs J. B. Brashear, Mr. C. M. McGlothlan and Misses Minnie Hoyle and Sara Haynes of West Point attended the funeral of Mrs. James Younger of Cloverport. Tuesday, October 26, 1909 Mrs. Mary Brashear of West Point left for Amarillo, Tx. where she will spend the winter with her daughter, Mrs. S. Thompson. Tuesday, November 23, 1909 Joseph D. Brashear died of pneumonia in Louisville at the age of 67 years. Born in Cloverport and was an extensive tobacco buyer in Breckinridge Co. Friday, December 31, 1909 Curtis Leary of Winchester, Ky. visited his cousins, Misses Brashear of West Point.

Stuart 35 m farmer 2240 Ky Nancy 32 f Ky Eliza 6 f Ky Kate 4 Bettie 2 f Ky Mary B. 5/12 f Ky I'm looking for some birth record that would list parents of this Martha Johnson age 14 living in home of Peter Stuart. She is not a sister of Nancy Johnson who married Charles Stuart. So I'm thinking she is a daughter of a brother of Nancy M. Stuart, but I know of no brother that would qualify as the father. Are there birth records in Hardin County, Ky that might identify her parents?
