Kathie, According to my source, the 1792 listed the number of free male above 21 within the household. The 1795 list males above 16 and blacks above 16. If you go to www.sos.ky.gov you can view the (Secretary of State for Ky.) early Ky land records and there is a place on it that talks about early tax records for Ky. Carolyn M.
