    3. Thanks Mike for making that correction with me. I'm a lot less confused now. I wish I knew if James' wife's grave were still there in Missouri. I haven't been to Missouri since I was eight. I long to visit Gentry Co. someday and see the what is left of it's history that might be connected to our Harris clan. All the Setzer searchers on this site would be interested by it too I'm sure. Anyone on this site ever traveled to Lonestar Missouri in Gentry Co. or the round about area? 3. Hi Jen, I really appreciate your interest. I wish I knew exactly where it was located. There are several towns my gggrandfather mentions in his book located in Gentry Co. One is Lone Star, one is Julesburg (which was called Ft. Sedgewick) in earlier days, and also Gentryville where he states that the widow of James Harris was buried in "1853 or 1854". The information about James' wife is found on page 20 of his book along with something I've read a million times and only today stood out. It appears that my gggrandfather knew and heard stories from the mouth of the famous Captain Kidd. That is pretty cool. Anybody else read that and catch on to it? I'm not quite certain though, from the way he wrote it, if he actually listened to Captain Kidd himself or if the older folks told him of Captain Kidd. Will someone else read this and tell me what you think? 3. I read that line in Recollections and did a little research. It seems that Captain Kidd was born about 1650 and stayed close to the mediterranean while pirating. Too bad, it would have made a great story around the ol' campfire.- Regards, Larry ---- Original Message ----- From: "David & Julie Keyser" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, July 08, 2005 8:52 AM Subject: Re: [KYHARDIN] John Mayhew Harris > Hi Jen, > I really appreciate your interest.
