Recent information from Elaine, newfound CASH cousin, indicates this couple lived in Hardin County, KY until after their first child, Mary was born. Thomas WYLIE b. ca 1815 KY, died after the 1880 census + Endamile CASH b. ca 1825 KY, died after the 1880 census. Endamile was the daughter of Abraham and Louella Deborah GLOVER CASH Mary b. ca 1842 in KY married David PERRY Marion Thompson b. ca 1847 in MO, d. 25 Feb 1914 Marceline, Linn, MO + Louisa O'Brien Winfield Scott b. ca 1848 in MO + 25 Jan 1874 to Louella Deborah CASH, dau. of James & Eliza WILLS CASH I don't have access to a Hardin Co federal census for 1840, but have been told that Thomas does not appear there. However, there is a Thomas Wylie on the 1836 tax roll. Thomas is the brickwall on my WYLIE line. Anyone researching these lines? Would greatly appreciate hearing from you. Sara

Looking for information on Aaron Pilkenton, born in Virginia (unknown date). He married Mary Sims. They lived in Sonora Kentucky. He had six children - unknown, Aaron II, Harvey, Lewis, Jane and Eliza. I have been told he served in the Confederate Army (would like more information/confirmation). Harvey Pilkenton born May 20, 1845 in Tennessee, died 10-16-1906 in Sonora. He married Malinda A. Hutchinson (born 1-3-1836, died 3-23-1897) She also died in Sonora. they are buried in the Sonora Cemetery. Had six children - William W., Joseph L., John D., Marion S., Harvey Greeley and Mary R. Would like to find specific birth and marriage information for Harvey and Malinda. have been told Malinda's parents were William Hutchinson and Rosanna ?. Mary R (born 8/21/1874, died 1948) married Kendrick Washington Spencer (born 12/23/1860, died 11/30/1937) from Grayson County. They are both buried in Sonora Cemetery. They were listed in the 1910 and 1920 Hardin county census. Kendrick was a blacksmith. Would like to find more detailed birth and marriage information on them. Would be willing to share anything I have.
Hello, I am a newbie, and I am researching the Buckner name and trying to find other descendants of my ggg grandfather Thomas Jefferson Buckner. I believe he was born in KY and his wife was either named Laura Williams or Lucinda Williamson, she was born in TN. I know they had at least two children, Jesse James Buckner (who was also known as J.J. Buckner and James J. Buckner) born January 24,1869 in Caldwell County KY. The other son was Albert Mitchell Buckner born January 18, 1873 also in Caldwell County. For a reason unknown to me, J.J. Buckner was raised in Caldwell County, while A.M. Buckner was raised in TX. J.J. Buckner married Laura Lewis and they had the following children: Minnie, Robert, Weldon, Fred, Jennie, Ruth, Nellie, Maynard, and Jesse Lewis. A.M. Buckner married Mattie Elizabeth Byas and they had the following children: Dellos Urban, Ruby Mae, Marvin Obbie, and Herman Albert. I would greatly appreciate any help with my line of Buckners. I would like to know the exact date of birth, date of death, marriage date and his wife's maiden name, burial place. pretty much everything about him. I have hit a stone wall as far as he and his wife and kids are concerned. All but my Great-Grandfather William Thomas Thompson. I thank you for the time you have already taken. Isham Reeves was Sibbie Reeves's brother and I have a lot of information on this family if anyone is interested. As far as how long John Thompson lived? I have no idea. I have the censuses for Green, Taylor, Hardin and Larue counties and only find him in the 1850 and 1860 Taylor County censuses. I have looked up and cross refer' all the thompson's I can find and they all seem to end up with/in William "Curley Bill" Thompson family some how or another.
