The information I have is that Willis Walker was actually R. Willis Walker. My Robert and I'm thinking it is the same Robert Walker was born 5 Apr 1798 in Hampshire county, VA now West Virginia, you found this Robert born in Louisa, County 1798 with a Father named William.
