Jesse Anderson 22nd. Ky Inf. Co. F. pension application # 487651 certificate # 416688. Married to Martha L. Johnson 24 April 1876 in Portsmouth OH. by S.P. Nickels (?). Martha stated that Jesse had previously been married to Adaline Smith who had died. On Sept 8, 1909 Jesse was age 73, 6'2" tall, 140 lbs., had a dark complexion, brown eyes, gray hair and his occupation was farming. Martha's death certificate states that she was 80 years old when she died on May 1, 1937. She was born on July 31, 1855.
