Hi, I am looking for information on family of Joab Meadows. Joab had a son named Jordon who Married a Louisa Pruitt. They had a daughter named Minerva. Jordon was killed in the Civil War in 1863. Louisa then married a James Meadows from the Lewis Meadows family. Joab Meadows also had a daughter named Eada Meadows who married a Gilbert Penix. Gilbert and Eada Penix raised an Elizabeth Meadows as one of there own children. I am trying to find out where Elizabeth Meadows fit into the family. Was she a Niece, Cousin, an out of wedlock child from either Eada or one of her children? If anybody has any information at all on this family please respond. Elizabeth Meadows is my Great grandmother and I can't seem to find any information about her or her "real" family at all. Thank you. Ed Cooper
