High Betty and John. I checked my Surviving Solders book for Greenup County and didn't find a listing for William. I also looked in my Marriages and the 1850 and 1860 Greenup Census transcriptions and he wasn't there either. I don't think this is a Greenup couple. John, are you aware that they have a Military Archive in Frankfort and that my web page has an application for records there. I sent the request for 17 ancestors and received 12 replies from them. They will respond to walk ins, telephone and faxed requests. I have the information and phone numbers on my web page. Welcome to the Greenup KYGENWEB Greenup site Betty. I am Paul Howard and I have a lot of genealogy research material at home. I do a lot of queries for Greenup and Boyd counties, if I can help you in anything, just ask. >>Hi Betty Lou, >>a half hour after sending the previous e-mail I located a reference to >>William Hamilton and Hannah Baldridge in the Archive files of the KY >>GenWeb. >> >>M.
