Hello all, Since we have a good discussion going on the BROWN family right now, I'll post a query related to my BROWN family. I have a direct ancestor (which I haven't researched much yet) named Caroline BROWN (26 Oct 1854 in KY - 10 Jan 1926 in Greenup Co., KY.) Caroline is the daughter of Christopher BROWN and Rebecca GILES/JILES. She married David Russell ENGLAND (28 Jun 1854 in KY - 14 Jan 1929 Greenup Co., KY) on 20 Oct 1877 in Greenup Co., KY. David Russell ENGLAND is the son of Samuel ENGLAND and Rebecca [maiden listed as BROWN on death certificate, but I'm skeptical]. Caroline, David, Samuel and Rebecca are all buried in the Rude Cemetery, Flatwoods, Greenup Co., KY I have more information on the ENGLAND family for those interested. However, I would like to learn more about Caroline's father Christopher BROWN. Based on the 1860 to 1880 Greenup Co., KY Census, Christopher would have been born about 1824 in KY.
