I am searching for a marriage certificate number and date for a marriage between a John W. Nelson and a Martha Hancock. Probably in Greenup and probably around 1946. I also need a divorce certificate number and date for this couple. This is to try to help a lady in AZ that was married to this man for 39 years and now needs to prove he was married and divorced before marrying her. The Gentelman died in 1997 in AZ.
