I am searching for information about James MORRISON and Mary E. EDWARDS in the Scioto Valley area. I believe that they may have moved back and forth across the river, and believe that James and Mary may have married in Mason Co, KY about 1805. If that is the case then David Ray Morrison(my gg grandfather) would have been born about 20 years later in the Portsmouth area..May 1825, so there were probaly several siblings. He is the only known child at this time, but there were many Morrisons in the area..on both sides of the river. David Ray Morrison married in Vanceburg, KY 1851 to Angeline Hart. I would like to find the parents of James and Mary, and siblings of David MORRISON.
