Hi All, I would love to make contact with anyone who is researching the Rayburn families of Greenup Co. My mother, Leola Rayburn, is from Greenup Co. Her parents were John Rayburn and Effie Ensor also of Greenup Co. John Rayburn's father was Thomas Sellards Rayburn. I'm including a descendants chart for Thomas's father William Shannon Rayburn. According to census records, William Shannon Rayburn was born in Kentucky, but moved at some point to Greene County, Ohio where he married and had children. At some point he moved to Greenup County where he remained until his death.
