I have Francis Patton (1835) who I believe had the siblings of William (1832), Elizabeth (1836), Amy (1838), Mary (1840), Stephen (1842), John (1844), and Ambrose (1845). Their mother was Sarah. The big question is who was their father and what was Sarah's maiden name? Are you familiar with this family? I believe the information above (along with spouses and some children) came from the book Descendants of James and Florence Graham Patton of Floyd County Kentucky by David V. Agricola, M.D. It was forwarded to me by Billie Smith (thanks Billie). But there is no clear statement of who Francis's parents were. I believe Sarah is picked as the mother of Frankie (nickname) because she was in her household in the 1860 Greenup Co., KY census. Frankie's husband was George B. Sizemore. According to Billie Smith, the book tries to suggest that Sarah is the daughter of John Casebolt and Sabra Estep, but Billie's research shows that John Casebolt's daughter Sarah married William Slone. Also, the author has no clear idea who Frankie and her siblings father is. Can anyone shed some light on this one? >From the snow-laden city of Columbus, Sherry Campbell
