It's always a good idea to keep your query as brief as possible to hold the reader's interest. Additionally, you should always list at least one or two dates to help researchers determine the appropriate time frame for the individuals listed in the query. As a general rule, I try to list surnames in UPPERCASE to help readers quickly identify the individuals I'm tracking.
