I am looking for a David White who was born in VA owned property on the Big Sandy River m. a Sarah Osborn or a Sarah Parsons was listed in the 1820 Greenup Census removed to Johnson Co. IN and bought two tracts of land in 1824 and listed Laurens KY as his residence. He was listed in the 1830 Census of Johnson Co. IN, He was to remove to Dewitt Co. Il abt 1843 and died. I have one Abstract that listed a David White m. a Sarah Osborn Sep 22, 1814 in Greenup Co. Sarah is also listed as m. a Daniel White. Sarah's father was william Osborn and his will list Sarah White. Problem: Threre is a Bio on this couple that list Sarah as a Parson. I have attempted but have been unable to receive the original marriage record. Did David marry Sarah Osborn or Sarah Parson or maybe Sarah was a widow. Any information out there? Joe osborn@airmail.net
