Mary Elizabeth was born 13 Aug, 1852 in Straight Creek, Carter Co., Ky. Her siblings were Augustus, Joseph(my line), Amy, Henry, Julie, Bonaparte, Jane, John and Larisa. I know quite a lot about the PENCE line, but not about the Gipsons. I wish that I could help you more. My grandparents were John Cleveland and Sarah Frances Frazee Pence, they were born in Carter Co., lived most of their lives in Quincy Ky.
