My great-grandfather, Alexander Brown, was born before 1870 in KY and died before 1899. He married Mary Elizabeth Zuhars in Greenup. His father was probably Joseph A. Brown, and his grandfather may have been William Brown.

I have a Minerva Brown[born June 26 1874, died Dec 07,1967] who married Joseph N [Jasper] Stanley in Greenup Co. They are buried in the McKnight Cem Boyd Co. He was born March 08, 1870 in Greenup Co, son of James M and Mary Ann Barber and died July 05, 1958.
