For what it's worth, there was a Biggs family that lived in a big house, just before you turned off of Rt. 23, onto East Tygart Rd. near South Shore, KY. They had a grocery store next to the house. I believe his name was Bill Biggs, the best I can remember. Possibly a descendant of the original one. I also think they did own oa lot of land in that area. As far as time, it had to be back in about the early 1950's. I don't know if this is any help or not, just telling what I know about the Biggs family and the area of land they had.
