Dear Members of the Greenup County, Kentucky Discussion Group, of Particular Interest to Researcher Rebecca Roberts, Elizabeth Hollingsworth was enumerated in the 1860 Census of Greenup County, Kentucky, Greenup Court House, page 839, dwellinghouse 34. Elizabeth Hollingsworth was recorded as 38 years old, born in Kentucky. Her property was valued at $2000/$3000. In her household were John Hollingsworth, age thirteen and Mary Hollingsworth, eleven years old, both born in Kentucky. In the next house, dwelling 35, lived J.C. Kouns, age 73, farmer, born in Pennsylvania, property valued at $11,500/$3000. Mr. Kouns's wife Elizabeth was 67, born in Virginia. These were the parents of the widow Elizabeth Ann (Kouns) Hollingsworth. I have the 1860 Census of Greenup County, Kentucky on microfilm, but I do not have a printed index for the Census.
