    3. Is anyone researching the Hollingsworth family in Greenup county, KY? John Hollingsworth married Julia Hager. His parents were Edward and Elizabeth "betty ann" (maiden name unknown) Hollingsworth. Julia was the daughter of George and Miranda Hinton Hager. John and Julia had four children that I know of: Edward "Eddie" Lizzie George James. Edward (John's father) died before 1870. Elizabeth is listed as a widow in 1870 and 1880. John's sister Mary S. Hollingsworth married William J. Sands in 1871 and was widowed before the 1880 census. Does anyone recognize these families? Becky Roberts Columbus, Ohio

    3. Dear Rebecca Roberts and the Greenup County, Kentucky List, There was an Edward Hollingsworth in Greenup County, Kentucky who married Elizabeth Ann Kouns on December 1, 1845. Elizabeth Ann Kouns was a daughter of John C. Kouns and Elizabeth Smith. This Edward Hollingsworth died in 1851 and is buried in Riverview Cemetery, Greenup County. His grave marker also has the names of John C. Kouns (died January 7, 1867) and Elizabeth Smith Kouns (died January 22, 1866). This must be the Edward Hollingsworth you are seeking. Did you get the cemetery information from the Greenup county Kentucky Cemetery Book by Jacob and Bertha Savage? If so, what section and page?
