I have not been able to locate Benjamin Felty in the 1900 Census. In 1910 "Ben" Felty (age 19) is living with Charles Felty (age 25), and Charles' wife, Belle, in Greenup Co. and is listed as Charles' brother. Charles is a heel maker in a shoe factory and Ben is a laborer at odd jobs. This is probably the Charles Felty who was living with his grandfather, James G.
