The sale of James McAllisters estate to Semore Hardin(g) had the signature of all the heirs except for Jennet who had apparently died before the sale of the property. Henry was the son of John and Temperance McAllister and was approximately the same age as Harvey. John was a brother of James. They are the sons of Joseph and Nancy Agnes (Gilmore) McAllister of Pulaski Co., Ky. and all are proved by his pension records including the settlements after his (Joseph's death.
