How would I go about getting a copy of his will? Would I require some number that it recorded in a "will book"? Can someone look this up for me? Moses also supposedly but "over 1300 acres...in then Mason Co... along the Ohio River, extending from Mt. Zion to Tygarts Creek..." So far I have only found the following that is only about 1/3 of 1300 acres: "Moses Fuqua, Residence-Mason, deed date 12-6-1799, Acres 407, Book F, page448, Watercourse Ohio River (Page # 492)."
