He was 58 years of age. He united in marriage to Miss Opal Pierce January 7, 1933 and she preceded him in death May 22, 1958. To this union were born four daughters and one son: Robert Lile, Glasgow; Mrs. Virginia Campbell, Mrs. Devona Conrad and Mrs. Joan Dowell all of Greensburg; and Mrs. Sheilda Bailey, Edinburg, Indiana. Mr. Lile is also survived by four sisters: Mrs. Pearl Whitlock, Mrs. Irene Kelly, and Mrs. Ruth Nunn all of Greensburg and Mrs. Ruby Hubert, Mason City, Illinois; and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home Sunday, November 24, with burial in the Casey Creek Cemetery. The Rev. Manly Towles officiated.
