Born May 14, 1874, he was a son of the late Reuben and Elizabeth Allen Carver Nunn. Surviving are one grandson, Pete Perry; one half-brother, Fred Nunn, Horse Cave; three half-sisters, Mrs. Lou Taffie and Mrs. Mary Nunn, Louisville; Mrs. Liza Jones, Monroe. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Sun, and burial was in the Bowles cem. Rev. Luther Turner, Jr. officiated.
