W. McKinney, 91, died Friday, October 18, at the Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. A Green County native, he was a member of the Latter Day Saints Church at Sulphur Well, Ky. He united in marriage to Miss Louella Bell, who preceded him in death. To this union were born a son and a daughter: Mr. O. T. McKinney of Bradenton, Florida and Mrs. Viola Clark of Greensburg. He later united in marriage to Miss Eliza Hickerson who preceded him in death. To this union were born four sons and two daughters: G. M. McKinney, Scottsburg, Ind.; W. D. McKinney, Forest Grove, Oregon; Charles McKinney, Indianapolis, Ind.; Aubrey McKinney, Louisville; Mrs. Eunice Dismore and Mrs. Clara Hancock, both of Scottsburg, Ind. Mr. McKinney later united in marriage to Mrs. Maude Jolly who survives. Other survivors are a sister, Mrs. Vicy Robertson, Greensburg; 3 step-children, Mrs. Nellie Thompson, Greensburg; Mrs. Lera Atwell, Sulphur Well and Arnold Price, Sulphur Well; 26 grandchildren, 46 gra! ndchildren, 46 great-great grandchildren and 8 great great-grandchildren. Services were held at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home at 2:00 P. M. Sunday, October 20, with burial in the Sandidge Cemetery. Mr. Wallace Thompson and Rev. Harold Chattin officiated.
