She was the daughter of the late Brummal and Harriet Smith Penick. She is survived by three nieces, Mrs. Mary Frances Penick Andersen, Greensburg; Mrs. Jennie Cox, and Mrs. Dorothy Ann Nave both of Louisville Kentucky. Funeral services were held on June, 19, 1980 in Memphis with a committal service held at 1 pm Tuesday, July 1 in the Greensburg Cemetery with the Rev. James E. Ennis officiating. Local arrangements were under the direction of Foster-Jones Funeral Home in Greensburg. Obituaries of Green Co.
