I met two of my father's cousins, ones who continued to live in the DeSoto area. His aunts didn't have many children, it seems. I have met several cousins who are related to us through Parthena Hamilton Ramsey's family, however. She married John Benton Ramsey, a brother of my great-grandmother who married Francis Hamilton. Parthena, of course is Francis's sister. I would very much like to exchange information with you, particularly pictures. I have the Dallas history article and have traced Miles in Illinois. I also have a copy of his pension papers that Mary filed. I can send you copies of a couple of family photos, showing the Francis Hamilton family group.
