He united in marriage to Miss Lillie B. Curry in 1905, who survives him. He is also survived by two sons, Other and Avery Davis; three daughters, Mrs. Ora Pierce, Mrs. Zelma Piper and Mrs. Lena Burgess, all of Greensburg, Route 2. Other survivors are a brother, Daniel Davis, Greensburg, three grandsons and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Oak Grove Separate Baptist Church at 10:00 a. m. today (Friday) June 7, with burial in the Judd Cemetery. Rev. Carlos Compton and Rev. Terry Bishop officiated at the services. Pallbearers were Herman Ennis, Hobart Keltner, Lemuel Mays, T. Judd, Weldon Bishop and Loy Davis. Obituaries of Green Co.
