She was 70 years and 10 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg Baptist Church at the time of her death. Mrs. English was united in marriage 26 Oct 1924 to Mr. Charlie Baker English, who survives. To this union were born 2 sons and 4 daughters. Surviving are Mrs. Louise Weir, Tenn; Mrs. Geneva Penick, Bowling Green, Ky; Mrs. Margie Simpson, Glasgow; Mrs. Carolyn Hall, Greensburg, Ky., and Bobbie English, Louisville, Ky. Garnet English preceded his mother in death in 1926. Also surviving are 1 brother, Shively Blakeman of Ill., and 1 sister, Mrs. Jim Dehoney of Columbia, Ky. Seven grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren survive along with a host of other relatives and friends. The remains were at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home where funeral services were conducted at 1 ! pm Mon 29 Sep 1975 with burial in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. The Rev.
