The daughter of the late Mr. Gwin Wilson and Mrs. Jane Wilson, she was born in Metcalfe County February 25, 1839. She was a member of Oak Grove Separate Baptist Church. She was united in marriage to Mr. W. S. Gentry, January 10, 1906. Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Leslie and Gearon Gentry, a foster-daughter, Mrs. Robert Akin; two brothers, Rucker Wilson of Indiana, and Garland Wilson of Illinois; one sister, Mis. Frances Dooley of Indiana; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Thursday at Oak Grove Separate Baptist church with Rev. F. T. Pepper in charge. Burial was in the church cemetery. Active pallbearers were I. E. Mays, Eural Davis, Loy Davis, Adrian Davis, Boyce Davis and S. E. Davis. Honorary pallbearers were Earl Wright, A. T. Wright, Emmitt Hinds, J. T. Ward. Emmitt Davenport and Ray Kessler. Obituaries of Green Co.
