She died at 10:10 am Thurs 27 Apr at the Taylor Co. Hospital where she had been a patient for 1 day. She had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Otter Creek Separate Baptist Church. She was employed by the A&P Bakery in Louisville for some 25 years before her retirement. She united in marriage to Mr. Willis M. Fraze, 21 Jun 1941. To this union 1 son was born: Willis McArthur Fraze died in infancy. Besides her husband, Mr. Willis Fraze of Buffalo, Rt 1, she is survived by 1 step-dau; Mrs. Marlene Brown of Louisville; 1 step grandson: Mr. David Brown of Louisville; 5 sisters and 2 brothers: Mrs. Aileen Beams of Campbellsville, Rt.3, Mrs. Mauda DeSpain and Mr. Russell Underwood, both of Buffalo, Rt. 1, Mrs. Estelle Pepper of Greensburg, Rt 3, Mrs. Mattie Cash and Mr. Grant Underwood, both of Louisville, and Mrs.! Gladys Gaddie of Indianapolis, Indiana; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted at 2 pm Sun 30 Apr at the Otter Creek Separate Baptist Church by Rev. Garlen Skaggs and Rev. Verlon Davenport. Burial was in Otter Creek Separate Baptist Church Cem. Pallbearers were Doug Underwood, Charles Beams, Wendell Cash, Roger DeSpain, Tony DeSpain, and Carl Underwood.
