He was 77 years of age. He united in marriage to the former Mary Ethel O'Banion in 1908 who survives. To this union were born four sons and one daughter; Coleman and Lyman Hay, both of Louisville, Garnett Hay, Mesa Arizona and Neulan Hay, Boston and Mrs. Mary Lou Young, Louisville. Mr. Hay is also survived by one brother Ed Hay, Greensburg; three sisters, Mrs. Lula Gardner, Georgetown Ind., Mrs. Stella Gardner, and Mrs. Aubry Webb, both of Greensburg; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
