Son of Freddy Wiggins and Joyce Greenwood Wiggins of Oklahoma, he was born on May 29, 1960, in Norman, Okla. He was a member of Greensburg Separate Baptist Church. He was a former U.S. Marine and was a member of the American Legion Rod Lowe Post #124. He was married to Devona Dell Campbell on March 2, 2006. She survives. Survivors also include his grandmother, Juanita Greenwood of Oklahoma; three sons, Jeremy Wayne Wiggins of Oklahoma and Casie Wiggins and Wesley Wiggins, both of Missouri; a daughter and son-in-law, Jamie and Larry Baumgardner of Georgia; two step-children and their spouses, Ronald and Teresa Conrad and Vonda and George Pacek, all of Indiana; three grandchildren, Gabriel Wiggins and Avery Wiggins, both of Oklahoma, and Emily Baumgardner of Georgia; a brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Cindy Wiggins of Florida; a sister, Freda Wiggins! of Oklahoma; and five step-grandchildren. Funeral was Friday, April 4 at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg. Burial was in Greasy Creek Cemetery. Bro. Carlton Puryear officiated.
