He was a son of the late Samuel Thomas and Dorcus Judd Kid well. He is survived by a son Wallace Kid well, Louisville; three sisters, Mrs. John Simpson, Rt. 2, Mrs. Luke Simpson, Greensburg, and Mrs. Maude Edwards, Fairmont, Ind.
