Son of the late Charles Arthur Upchurch and Sarah Evelyn Neal Upchurch, he was born on Tuesday, March 11, 1941, in Clinton County, Ky. He was a member of Greensburg United Methodist Church. Survivors include two brothers and sisters-in-law, Teddy and Carol Upchurch of Greensburg and Reed and Linda Upchurch of Campbellsville; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Kevin Johns of Campbellsville and Brenda and James Loy of Greensburg; three aunts, Wanda Marcum, Bernice Clark and Ethel Arthur, all of Indiana; and an uncle, Everett Upchurch of Indiana. Funeral was Friday, Feb. 15 at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg. Bros. Dale Curry and James Loy and Chuck Loy officiated. Burial was in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Alan Gaddis, Chuck Loy, Tracy Moon, Brad Hall, Mark Hunton, Larry Bowen, Bobby Sallee and Joel Ga! ddis.
