Age 73 years, 2 months and 7 days. He was married to Roberta Henderson, December 10, 1890. To this union were born six children. Three have preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, three children, Robert of Greensburg, Olin of Louisville, and Mrs. Flossie Tucker of Mason City, IL. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren, one sister, three, brothers, and many friends to mourn his going. He converted early in life and united with the Greasy Creek Baptist Church where he was a member for many years. Later after moving to Greensburg he moved his membership to the Baptist Church in Greensburg and it remained there until death. He had been ill for five weeks when death came and ended the sufferings of the body for all time to come. The family did all they could for his comfort during his illness and of course they will miss him a great deal but we feel that he has gone to heaven where th! ere is no suffering or death. He spoke many times during the time of his illness of his hope in Christ and of his knowledge of the Saviour, and also of his hope for heaven. So I let us be willing for God's will to be done.
