Sherman, after a short illness. She was born in Hart County on August 15, 1869, and was a member of Ladies Chapel Church. She was united in marriage to W. C. Watkins on March 11, 1886. He preceded her in death. To this union was born four sons and two daughters. Surviving are John Watkins, Gate Mill, Ohio. Harley Watkins, Indiana, Cyrus Watkins, Little Rock, Arkansas., Mrs. Daisy Redmon, Detroit, Mich; one brother, Scott Marcum, Detroit, Michigan; One sister, Mrs. Helen Bibb, Greensburg, and her husband, Elmer Davis.
