Wednesday, January 15, 1959 at the Verernas Center in Dayton, Ohio. He was 53 years of age. He had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the First Nazarene Church in Louisville, Ky. He united in marriage to Miss Charlotte Hall, who preceded him in death. He is survived by two sisters: Mrs. Ollie Payne, Campbellsville; Mrs. Erna Wheat Sidebottom, Greensburg; three brothers; Mr. Vernon Warren, Louisville; Mr. Oval Warren, Summersville and William Buckner Dobson of Louisville. Funeral services were held at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home Saturday, January 18, 1969 with burial in the Wilson Cemetery. The Rev. Martin Appleby and Thurman Eaton officiated. Pallbearers were: Randall Rodgers, Charles Warren, Melvin Dobson, Bernard Perkins, James Payne and Grady Dobson. Campbellsville, Route 5; Henry Sallee of ! Dayton, Ohio; and Albert Sallee of Saybrook, Illinois. Funeral services were held 3:00 p.m., Sunday, January 19th in the Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. Carvill Scott. Burial was in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were: Guss Wheeler, Clay Rogers, Jessie Wilkerson, Aubrey Johnson, Earl Smith and Willie Montgomery. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
