Daughter of the late Walter Marcum and Hattie Hay Marcum, she was born on Feb. 10, 1921, in Green County, Ky. She was a member of South Campbellsville Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Campbellsville University and Campbellsville Industries. She was married to E.H. Mason on April 7, 1945. He preceded her in death on June 5, 1981. Survivors include two sons, the Rev. Ervin H. "Buddy" Mason of Russell Springs, Ky. and his fianc'e, Bonnie Johnson, of Nashville, Tenn. and Scott Mason of Lebanon, Ky.; two daughters and a son-in-law, Candace and Alan Revelette of Brentwood, Tenn. and Renee Mason of Campbellsville; seven grandchildren and their spouses, Ervin Heath and Abby Mason III and Curt Revelette, all of Nashville, Keturah Mason of Richmond, Va., Elizabeth Brooke and Clark Powers of Denver, Colo., Bethany and Thomas Wooley of Campbellsville, Mason Reve! lette of Louisville and Joe Mason and his fianc'e, Nealia Pfeiffer, of Lexington; a great-granddaughter, Ava Brielle Wooley of Campbellsville; two sisters, Betty Sue Gilpin and Doris and Eugene St. Clair of Campbellsville; and a sister-in-law, Bernice Marcum of Campbellsville. In addition to her parents and husband, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Morgan Elizabeth Mason on Oct. 26, 2006, and two brothers, Houston Marcum and Woody Marcum. Funeral was Wednesday, April 23 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville. The Revs. Jim Durham and Shaun Caudill officiated. Burial was in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Perry Gilpin, Doug Marcum, Heath Mason III, Joe Mason, Clark Powers, Curt Revelette, Mason Revelette and Thomas Wooley. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Bethany Sunday School Class and South Campbellsville Baptist Church.
