He was a native of Taylor County and a retired farmer in the Lemons Bend Community. Survivors include one brother, Proctor Lemons of Route 5, Campbellsville, and three sisters, Mrs. Willie Keltner and Sally Grant both of Route 5 Campbellsville and Beatrice Wilcox of Greensburg. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, at the Lyon Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Shiley Beard officiating assisted by the Rev. Luther Turner, Jr. Interment followed in the Lemons Bend Cemetery. Pallbearers were Junior Lemons, Robert Sublett, Leo Shively, Lewis Clark, Vernon Leach, and Ronny Murley. Obituaries of Green Co.
