Higgason, 96, died at 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 20 at his home at Crail Hope. Surviving are five sons, Walter, Donansburg; Earl, Greensburg, Route 1; Robert, Crail Hope; Charlie, Edmonton, and Morris, Crail Hope; three daughters, Mrs. Dennis Mills, Crail Hope; Miss Nell Higgason, Crail Hope, and Mrs. Veachel Thompson, Hodgenville, and several grand-children. Also surviving are a brother, Ned Higgason, Greensburg; and a sister, Mrs. Maude Wade, Cynthiana. His wife, Sarah Emory Higgason, died in 1926. Funeral services were held at 1 o'clock Thursday at Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Burial was in the Thompson Cemetery. Obituaries of Green Co.
