He professed faith in Christ at 30 years of age. Although he was Baptist in belief he had not united with any church. He united in marriage to Miss Mattie Morgan 38 years ago. To this union one son and four daughters were born. He is survived by his wife and daughters, Mrs. James Stearman of Louisville, Mrs. Bill Bradshaw of Magnolia, Mrs. Richard Stearman of Larue County, and Mrs. Lenzie White of Winchester, Ky.; one sister, Mrs. J. A. Stilts of Magnolia; three brothers, Ed Creason of Springfield, IL., John Elliot Creason of Springfield, IL, and Jake Creason of Gabe, Ky.; three half-sisters and two half-brothers, Mrs. Ella Shields, Miss Alice Creason, Mr. Elam Creason and Mr, Clell Ping, all of Green County. Funeral services were held Friday, March 9t! h at Summersville Baptist Church with Rev. Harvey Berry in charge. Burial was in Perkins cemetery.
