Bagby and Mrs. Hattie Chaney Bagby, was born February 6, 1928, in Green County and departed this life on Monday, April 20, 1998, at the Green Hill Manor Nursing Home in Greensburg. He was 70 years, two months and 14 days of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ. He is survived by five brothers and two sisters: Coy Bagby of Greensburg, Lindle Bagby of Greensburg, Henry Wood Bagby of Louisville, Elsie Cook of Greensburg, Lapsley Bagby of Fairdale, Mary George of Florida, and Johnny Bagby of Greensburg; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral services for Mr. Oris Finis "Toodlum" Bagby were conducted Thursday, April 23, at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Rev. Gleason Bloyd officiated. Pallbearers were Carlos Bagby, Ernie Milby, Jerry Bagby, Milton "Red" Bagby, Don Sidebottom, Kenneth Bagby, John D. Bagby, Howard Bagby, Edward Ju! dd, Boyce Hudson and Jim Ferguson.
