He was 84 years, four months and six days of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Fri St. Nazarene Church in Clearwater. He united in marriage to Miss Lillian Hall on October 16, 1928, who survives. To this union were born three daughters: Marcella Hall, Huntsville, Alabama; Hortence Milby, Palm Harbor, Florida, and Beulah Parsons, Louisville. He is also survived by two brothers: Ovel Warren, Greensburg, and Buckner Dobson, Louisville; two sisters: Ollie Payne, Campbellsville and Erna Wheat Sidebottom, Greensburg; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral services for Mr. Vernon Warren were conducted at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 12, at the Cowher! d and Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Summersville Memory Gardens Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Milby officiated. Pallbearers were Shelby Gumm, Jesse M. Henderson, Mike Norman, Larry Hall, James McCubbins and William Earl Henderson. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
